- ¾ cup cooked quinoa
- ¼ cup cooked cauli rice
- 2 Tbsp egg whites
- 1/8 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp refined coconut oil for frying
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except for coconut oil.
- Heat your frying pan with 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Drop mixture into hot pan by 2-3 Tbsp heaps: gently press down.
- Fry for a few minutes, then carefully flip over to fry the other side.
- Serve with your favorite veggies – great with cabbage, tomatoes and pickled onions.
