  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup cooked cauli rice
  • 2 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp refined coconut oil for frying


  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except for coconut oil.
  • Heat your frying pan with 1 tsp coconut oil.
  • Drop mixture into hot pan by 2-3 Tbsp heaps: gently press down.
  • Fry for a few minutes, then carefully flip over to fry the other side.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies – great with cabbage, tomatoes and pickled onions.
