  • Add a generous ⅓ cup of mix to 1 cup liquid (nut milk or kefir).


This is amazing with orange extract.
Take it to the NEXT level by adding a raw, unpeeled organic carrot.
This recipe is dairy free. 
Whey, plant/hemp, or egg white protein powders may be used interchangeably. Beef collagen may be used in place of chicken bone broth collagen. Sunflower lecithin can be left out but adds to creaminess and brain power!  If you leave it out, simply make up the difference with a protein powder, collagen, or cocoa powder.
