  • Use ¼ cup of bulk mix, add 1 tsp fat and enough water for desired consistency.
  • Add a splash of your favorite extract.


1 tsp mct oil, ghee, butter or coconut oil is perfect here! Whey, plant/hemp, or egg white protein powders may be used interchangeably. Defatted peanut flour may be used in place of the almond protein powder but isn’t an anti-inflammatory option. Beef collagen may be used in place of chicken bone broth collagen. Sunflower lecithin can be left out but adds to creaminess and brain power!  If you leave it out, simply make up the difference with a protein powder, collagen, or cocoa powder.
