Instructions

  • Updated: Mix 1/2 cup of the bulk mix into 1 cup of liquid (almond milk, coconut milk or kefir).
    Note: The amount of mix and liquid you use may vary depending on the consistency of shake in which you desire.

Notes

Whey, plant/hemp, or egg white protein powders may be used interchangeably. Defatted peanut flour may be used in place of the almond protein powder but isn’t an anti-inflammatory option. Beef collagen may be used in place of chicken bone broth collagen. Sunflower lecithin can be left out but adds to creaminess and brain power!  If you leave it out, simply make up the difference with a protein powder, collagen, or cocoa powder.
