  • Use generous 1/3 cup of bulk mix for one serving. NOTE: That gelatin is left OUT of the bulk mix. It must be “bloomed” first then added to the blender. See recipe for directions.

Whey, plant/hemp, or egg white protein powders may be used interchangeably. Beef collagen may be used in place of chicken bone broth collagen. Sunflower lecithin can be left out but adds to creaminess and brain power!  If you leave it out, simply make up the difference with a protein powder, collagen, or cocoa powder.
