
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/3 cup Collagen
- ½ cup THM Super Sweet
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 8 doonks THM Pure Stevia (A doonk is 1/32 of a teaspoon)
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
Instructions
- Use generous 1/3 cup of bulk mix for one serving. NOTE: That gelatin is left OUT of the bulk mix. It must be “bloomed” first then added to the blender. See recipe for directions.
