
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 Tbsp Collagen
- 1 Tbsp plant/hemp protein powder
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sunflower lecithin
- 2 doonks THM Pure Stevia
- dash mineral salt
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water.
- Add heated liquid (not boiling!) to blender.
- Dump 3 TBSP of Matcha Latte Mix into blender.
- Add ¼ tsp extract if desired - maple, caramel, and vanilla work well here.
- Add 2 tbsp half and half or non dairy creamer.
- Blend for at least 20 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy!
